Part faith-filled mama, part purpose-driven go-getter — I’m a woman who loves God, loves her family, and is doing her best to walk boldly in both. I’m married to my best friend, and we’re doing this life together with love, laughter, and a whole lot of grace. You’ll find me switching between baby cuddles and Bible study prep, recording podcast episodes and content creation during nap times, and finding joy in the small, sacred moments of everyday life.
I blend Scripture with real life — whether I’m soul-coaching, speaking, or whipping up a protein-packed breakfast after a sunrise devotional. My days are a rhythm of newborn naps, early-morning quiet time, never ending loads of laundry, laughter-filled moments, and big-hearted planning. I’m raising two boys with my hubby, building the Soul Strong brand, and inviting women into a brave, joyful, Jesus-centered journey — one step, one prayer, one sparkle at a time.
My Approach is Simple...
With a Bachelor in Theology and Ministry and a background in school and university chaplaincy, pastoral ministry, and vocal worship leadership, I bring both depth and heart to everything I do. From full-time volunteer roles to the frontlines of spiritual leadership — and now to the podcast mic and course creation space — my calling has always been to build God’s kingdom by making His Word practical, powerful, and personal.
